Since 1963, Sayed Kadhem Al Durazi realized the growing opportunities and challenges of modernizing Bahrain’s local industries, and had early on embarked on this still relevant mission of addressing these two never fading needs. From establishing his first brick factory to building a new heavy transportation and equipment fleet, Sayed Kadhem’s efforts and initiatives to explore and create new solutions swiftly followed, leading in 1974 to the inception of SKD Contracting Establishment as the dependable platform on which many activities would instill their roots deep and flourish.
